• Product Sales: Handcrafted ceramic pottery, artisan glass art, materials, and tools for ceramics and glass art. All sales are final unless otherwise specified regarding defects or damage.
• Workshops and Classes: Pottery classes for all skill levels and glass blowing workshops. Enrollment is subject to availability and payment.
• Custom Commissions: Custom ceramic and glass art pieces. All custom work requires a deposit and detailed agreement on specifications.
• Art Installation Services: Professional installation of art pieces.
• Exhibition Space: Providing space for local artists to showcase their work, subject to terms outlined in separate exhibition agreements.

3. Workshop and Class Enrollment

• Registration: All participants must register and pay for classes or workshops in advance to secure their spot.
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Cancellations made more than [e.g., 7] days prior to the workshop start date will receive a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made between [e.g., 3] and [e.g., 7] days prior will receive a [e.g., 50%] refund or credit.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than [e.g., 3] days before the workshop or for no-shows.
  • Earthen Echoes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
• Safety: Participants in workshops and classes are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our instructors. Earthen Echoes is not liable for any injuries sustained due to non-compliance with safety instructions.

4. Custom Commissions

• Process: Custom commission requests will involve a consultation, design approval, and a non-refundable deposit before work commences.
• Approval: Final approval of the design and specifications must be confirmed in writing by the client. Any changes post-approval may incur additional charges and extend the timeline.
• Payment: Full payment is required upon completion and before delivery or installation of the custom piece.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the design and craftsmanship of our products, are the property of Earthen Echoes or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from Earthen Echoes.

• Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
